(03) Services 4

(01) Disciplines

Four disciplines, one process

  1. 01

    Design

Interfaces people understand at first glance — from research and wireframes to a design system your team can scale.

    • Research & UX

Interviews, competitor analysis, user flows and wireframes — before the first pixel appears.

    • Interface & design system

UI that holds its style across hundreds of screens: components, states, responsive layouts, motion and 3D where they serve the job.

    • UX/UI
    • Product design
    • Motion & 3D
    • Design systems
  2. 02

    Development

Fast, maintainable products on a modern stack: marketing sites, eCommerce, web apps and the integrations that tie them together.

    • Websites & online stores

Marketing sites, catalogues and eCommerce on Nuxt, WooCommerce or Shopify — fast, SEO-ready out of the box, with an admin the team likes.

    • Web apps, CRMs & bots

Custom CRMs, customer portals, kiosk apps, Telegram bots and integrations with payments, shipping and accounting.

    • Websites
    • eCommerce
    • Web apps
    • Integrations & API
  3. 03

    Strategy

We start with the business, not the pixels: audience, goals, metrics and a roadmap that says what to build first — and what not to build at all.

    • Discovery & audit

One or two weeks on goals, audience, metrics and constraints. The output is a roadmap and an estimate, not assumptions.

    • Growth & analytics

Event analytics, A/B tests, Google and Meta ads and regular reports: what works and what to switch off.

    • Discovery
    • UX & tech audit
    • Product roadmap
    • Growth & analytics
  4. 04

    Branding

A name, a voice and a visual identity that make the product recognisable — and guidelines that keep it consistent.

    • Identity & naming

Name, logo, colours, typography and tone of voice — what people recognise you by before they read a word.

    • Brand book & touchpoints

Guidelines that run the site, social media, packaging and decks — so the brand does not fall apart a year later.

    • Visual identity
    • Naming
    • Tone of voice
    • Brand guidelines

(02) Formats

What you can order and how long it takes

Timelines run from the start of work on an approved plan to launch. Exact figures are fixed in the estimate after discovery.

  • Landing page or promo site

    from 3 weeks

One page with one goal: a lead, a sale, a sign-up. Fast, animated, with analytics.

    • Structure and copy together with you
    • Design, animation, responsive
    • Analytics and forms from day one
  • Corporate website

    from 5 weeks

Several sections, services, case studies, a blog — a site that sells the company and is easy to update yourselves.

    • Architecture and SEO structure
    • An admin or CMS built for the team
    • Two languages or more
  • Online store

    from 8 weeks

Catalogue, cart, payments, shipping and an order admin. A custom platform, WooCommerce or Shopify — to match volume and budget.

    • Catalogue with filters and search
    • Payments and shipping integrations
    • Order panel and analytics
  • CRM or web app

    from 10 weeks

A system of your own instead of spreadsheets and someone else's SaaS: orders, customers, stock, roles, reports — built around your processes.

    • Discovery and a prototype before code
    • Roles, permissions, accounting integrations
    • Support and development after launch
  • Telegram bot

    from 2 weeks

Orders, team notifications, loyalty, an AI assistant — where your customers already are.

    • Scenarios designed with you
    • Integration with the site and CRM
    • Conversation analytics
  • Something else entirely

    estimate in a week

Software for a vending machine, an AI assistant, an integration with hardware or something nobody has built yet. If it runs in a browser, on a phone or on a screen — we build it.

    • Discovery and a prototype before code
    • Estimate and plan within a week
    • One team for every part

(03) How we work

Principles that do not change from project to project

  1. 01

    No lock-in

The repository, the design files and every access are yours from day one. You can develop the product with us or with any other team.

  2. 02

    Weekly demos

You see progress on staging every week, not at the end. Changes along the way, not after delivery.

  3. 03

    Fixed estimate

The estimate is tied to milestones. A change of scope is discussed before it lands on an invoice.

  4. 04

    One team

Strategist, designer, developers and a manager — one team that answers for the result, not for its own part.

(04) After launch

Support and growth

Launch is not the end. Most of our products we keep running: we watch, fix and develop them.

The format is a monthly package of hours sized to your needs. Terms and response time are fixed in the contract.

Discuss support
  • 1 day

    Response within a business day

Questions and bugs go to a shared chat; anything critical is fixed first.

  • 24/7

    Monitoring and backups

Uptime, errors and backups are watched — not noticed when somebody complains.

  • 1 backlog

    Development by priority

New features are planned together and shipped in iterations, not in one big release a year.

  • 1 report

    Monthly report

What was done, how many hours it took, what is next — without you having to ask.

(05) Questions

What people ask before they start

  • How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope: a landing page, a store and a CRM are different budgets. After a short discovery we give a fixed estimate by milestone. The minimum budget that makes sense to start with is discussed on the first call.

  • How soon can we start?

We answer a brief within a business day and hold the first call within 1–2 days. Discovery and the estimate take up to two weeks, then the work starts.

  • How long does development take?

A landing page from 3 weeks, a store from 8, a CRM or web app from 10. The exact timeline is fixed in the plan, and progress is shown every week.

  • Who owns the code and the design?

You do. The repository, the design files and every access are on your side from day one. After launch you can develop the product with us or with any other team.

  • Can we order only design or only development?

Yes. We design to your spec, build from someone else's designs, or take over existing code after an audit.

  • Do you work with clients abroad?

Yes — our clients include companies in the UAE and Europe. We communicate in English, Ukrainian or Russian and work in your time zone during business hours.

  • How does payment work?

By milestone: a prepayment for each stage, the rest on delivery. Invoices in USD, EUR or UAH to a legal entity; international clients pay by invoice and bank transfer.

  • What happens after launch?

A warranty period for fixes is part of the project. After that — support on a monthly package of hours: monitoring, development, reports.
