Online store development

(01) What's included

A store that is easy to buy from and easy to sell through

  1. (01)

    Catalogue with filters and search

We build the catalogue around how your customers search: by problem, occasion or collection. At The Medicalima the catalogue is organised by skin and nail concerns, because people arrive with a question, not a product name.

  2. (02)

    Payments and shipping integrations

WayForPay, Nova Poshta and other services are wired into the order: the customer pays and picks delivery without waiting for a manager's call.

  3. (03)

    Order panel and analytics

Orders, customers, stock, prices and promo codes in one panel, where the team changes a price or a description without a developer.

(02) Platform

A custom platform, WooCommerce or Shopify

We pick the platform for the size of the catalogue, the budget and how the team wants to run the store. Most often the choice is between three options.

  • A custom platform

For stores that grow: your own catalogue, your own CRM, accounting integrations and no plugins. Search engines see every page in full. Tory Store and The Medicalima are built this way.

  • WooCommerce

When you want a magazine-style store with collections and large photos on familiar WordPress. The MAZE store is built this way.

  • Shopify

When a fast start on a ready platform matters and there is little non-standard logic.

(03) Migration

Moving platforms without pausing sales

The old site is slow and every change breaks something next to it? We move the store to a new platform while the orders keep coming in.

  • Tory Store: from an old system to a new platform

10,000+ products moved automatically and a sync with 1C set up — accounting never stopped, even during the move.

  • The Medicalima: from WordPress to a platform of its own

A redesign, the site rebuilt from scratch and every product in a new CRM. Now the team changes prices and descriptions itself.

(04) Integrations

Payments, shipping and accounting inside the order

We connect the services we already run in our clients' stores. Anything else is estimated during discovery.

  • Payments

WayForPay and other payment services: the payment status shows on the order.

  • Shipping

Nova Poshta: waybills and statuses without a separate carrier account.

  • Accounting

Products, stock and prices stay in sync with 1C.

  • A bot for the team

New orders and sales analytics in Telegram, as at The Medicalima.

(05) What it costs

From $2,500, a fixed estimate by milestone

An online store starts at $2,500: catalogue, cart, payments and shipping on WooCommerce or Shopify. A custom platform with its own CRM costs more — the price depends on the size of the catalogue and the integrations. After discovery you get a plan with milestones, dates and a fixed price per milestone. You pay by milestone — a prepayment for each stage, the rest on delivery. Launch takes from 8 weeks.

(06) How we work

Five steps to launch

  1. (01)

    Leave Request

Press Enter and tell us about the idea in any form — a call, a message or a two-line brief. We reply within one business day.

    1 day
  2. (02)

    Discuss Goals

We dig into the business: audience, goals, metrics and constraints. You leave with a clear picture of what we are building and why.

    2–3 days
  3. (03)

    Create the Plan

Scope, milestones and the team are fixed in a transparent roadmap, so you always know what happens next.

    3–5 days
  4. (04)

    Agree on the Budget

A fixed estimate tied to the milestones. No hidden costs — every change is discussed before it is billed.

    1–2 days
  5. (05)

    Start the Work

Design, development and launch in short iterations with regular demos. You see progress every week, not at the end.

    from 4 weeks

(08) After launch

Support and growth

Launch is not the end. Most of our products we keep running: we watch, fix and develop them.

The format is a monthly package of hours sized to your needs. Terms and response time are fixed in the contract.

Discuss support
  • 1 day

    Response within a business day

Questions and bugs go to a shared chat; anything critical is fixed first.

  • 24/7

    Monitoring and backups

Uptime, errors and backups are watched — not noticed when somebody complains.

  • 1 backlog

    Development by priority

New features are planned together and shipped in iterations, not in one big release a year.

  • 1 report

    Monthly report

What was done, how many hours it took, what is next — without you having to ask.

(09) Questions

What people ask before they start

  • How much does an online store cost?

From $2,500 for a store on WooCommerce or Shopify. A custom platform with a CRM costs more, depending on the catalogue and the integrations. After discovery we give a fixed estimate by milestone, and every change is discussed before it is billed.

  • How long does it take to build a store?

From 8 weeks to launch. Before that come discovery and the estimate, up to two weeks. You see progress at a demo every week.

  • Which platform: custom, WooCommerce or Shopify?

It depends on the catalogue, the budget and your plans. A custom platform is for stores that grow and run their own accounting; WooCommerce is for a magazine-style store on WordPress; Shopify is for a fast start on a ready platform.

  • Can you move products from our old site?

Yes. At Tory Store we moved 10,000+ products without pausing sales, and The Medicalima moved off WordPress with every product entered into a new CRM.

  • Can the store sync with 1C?

Yes. At Tory Store products and accounting sync with 1C, and the sync kept running even during the move. Other accounting systems are estimated during discovery.

  • Who owns the store and the code?

You do. The repository, the design files and every access are on your side from day one. After launch you can develop the store with us or with any other team.

  • How does payment work?

By milestone: a prepayment for each stage, the rest on delivery. Invoices in USD, EUR or UAH to a legal entity; international clients pay by invoice and bank transfer.
