(01) The brief

The WordPress site looked dated, worked badly on a phone and would not let the team change a price or a description without a developer. The brand needed a platform of its own, not someone else's CMS with plugins.

(02) What we did

A store of their own instead of WordPress, with an admin panel built for the team

We redesigned and rebuilt the site from scratch: Nuxt on the front, Fastify on the back. The catalogue is organised by skin problems rather than brands, because people arrive asking "what do I do about my nails", not with a product name; every product was entered into the new CRM from zero. The CRM now holds products and content, orders and customers, stock, prices, promo codes and sales analytics; shipping runs through Nova Poshta and payments through WayForPay. The team got a Telegram bot that shows new orders and analytics right in the chat.

(04) Inside the site

Every product has a page with indications, ingredients, contraindications and customer reviews. Ready-made routines for each concern sit next to it, so nobody has to assemble their care blindly.

(05) Mobile

Cosmetics get chosen on a phone, often in the evening. The mobile version keeps the same flows: catalogue by concern, product page, cart and one-click purchase.
