(07 / 09) Case study
Europe Bus
A website for a carrier that took people between Ukraine and Europe. Instead of a Telegram group — a request from the first screen and answers to every passenger question.

(01) The brief
The carrier sold tickets through a Telegram group: a dispatcher spent whole days answering the same questions — when the coach leaves, whether there are seats, what the border rules are today. The phone and the chat had to be unloaded, and requests moved to a website.
(02) What we did
A ticket in a minute, no call to the dispatcher
The request form went on the first screen: from, to, date, how many people — a manager takes it from there. Below it we gathered what people ask most: conditions on board, border news, discounts. Social media giveaways got a block of their own, because real winners convince better than any copy. Routes across all of Europe, the site in three languages.

border news brings passengers in from search

(04) Inside the site
Border-crossing news is updated regularly. Passengers find answers without calling, and the site gets fresh pages that Google picks up.
(05) Mobile
Tickets are often bought on the go. On a phone the form fills the screen, the fields are large, and it can be filled in with one hand.
